raadyo is free to all visitors. raadyo is totally free, Don't have an account? Create an account today for free! or get raadyo's app for android on Google Play and for windows PC here

How do i report a bug or a feature isn't working properly?

Sorry if you are having any problem/problems with any of our services. We are working constantly to fix all bugs as soon as possible.You can go to this page to review some of the steps to fix it or report the bug to us.

How to register as an artist?

Click on "Upload music" in the side navigation menu, fill in the form and make sure to read terms and conditions for artist registration

How to upload a track?

Click on "Upload music" in the side navigation menu or click on your profile icon and choose upload track in the dropdown menu

How to upload an album?

Click on "Upload album" in the side navigation menu or in the dropdown menu of your username on top of the page. Provide all the information needed to upload an album and follow the steps that follows.

Downloading
How do i download music on raadyo?

You can only download music when you are using raadyo's desktop application and mobile app.

Where is the music I have downloaded or purchased?

You can only download music usig raadyo's apps (Desktop application and mobile app).All music downloaded can only be accessed using either raadyo's desktop or mobile applicaton.


All music purchased can be found in your "purchases" menu

Purchasing/Payments
Do you accept payments only through MTN Mobile Money and AirtelTigo Money?

We currently accept payments only through MTN Mobile Money and AirtelTigo Money.We are working hard to include other payment options as soon as possible.

I'm not able to make payments?

If you are finding any problem during payment proccess you can mail us at purchasesupport@raadyo.com or call us using the phone numbers at the contact section below

How do I make payment using MTN Mobile Money?

On the music purchase page or subscribe , enter in your MTN Mobile Money Number and click on "Proceed" or "Subscribe". After clicking on "Proceed" or "Subscribe" follow the steps below

  • Dial *170#
  • Select option 6) Wallet
  • Select 3) My Approvals
  • Enter Mobile Money PIN
  • Select the transaction from the list (Select the current transaction, which is at the top)
  • Confirm the transaction.

You have 1 and a half minute to go through the above process to approve a transaction

How do I make payment using AirtelTigo Money?

On the music purchase page or subscribe , enter in your MTN Mobile Money Number and click on "Proceed" or "Subscribe". After clicking on "Proceed" or "Subscribe" follow the steps below

  • Dial *501*5# after receiving an SMS
  • Select the transaction from the list (Select the current transaction, which is at the top. Select 1) )
  • Select 1)YES to confirm transaction
  • Enter Mobile Money PIN to complete transaction

You have 1 and a half minute to go through the above process to approve a transaction

Can I buy one song from a selling album?

No, to get a song from a selling album you have to buy the album.
This icon means that the song belongs to an album "wow" in this case and is up for sale. You can only get access to the song if you purchase the whole album.
